I relish any chance to get creative. I design elegant solutions to complex problems, develop engaging forums for learning, and craft learning experiences and instructional aids that are attractive and effective. I’m a problem solver, an enthusiastic adopter of emerging tech tools, and an artist at heart.

I love language: novels, poetry, rhetoric, world languages, etymology, puns - all of it! I’m bilingual and biliterate, fluent in Spanish and English. I’m a meticulous writer, a careful editor, and I always consider my audience when crafting a message. I speak with confidence to Zoom room or to a crowd.

I approach my work with professionalism and integrity. I believe that there is strength in community, and power in diversity. I engage with purpose and with empathy, I contribute to a culture of collaboration, and thoughtfully balance strategy and structure with flexibility and invitation of new ideas. I value diversity of perspective and I elevate and celebrate the talents of my colleagues.

I live in South Euclid, Ohio with my three children and husband. They are my pride and joy.
