Unaccompanied Children: An Overview

This eLearning course is publicly available on the UC Resource Center website. It was developed to help service providers nationwide learn about unaccompanied children and the work that USCRI's Home Study and Post-Release Services program does to support them.

This project was a team effort! I was an Instructional Design consultant during the analysis and design phase, and I carried out the course development in Storyline.

Keep It Simple

This microlearning sample is one in a series, following a webinar on key service values in medical insurance sales. It is easily accessible by learners on a desktop or mobile device, and can track learner data via xAPI integration. Developed in 7taps.

Small Business Buy-in

This eLearning demo was developed for a medical insurance sales team. It is presented as a weekly challenge encouraging the sales team to review the advantages of a group healthcare plan for small business owners. The eLearning presents two paths to learners: they can choose to review the topic before tackling the interactive scenarios, or for those who are ready, they elect to jump straight to the scenarios. Developed in Storyline 360.
